Our craft beer is created only by natural fermentation, so it is honest and properly balanced. All our beers have passed demanding certification and have obtained international VEGAN certification for the EU, USA, India, New Zealand, Australia and Norway. Certification does not only mean vegan beer, but it is a proof of adherence to quality raw materials and production processes. Beer is brewed by craft only by natural fermentation of quality raw materials, hops and malts, yeast and water. Our beers do not contain anything else, we follow the original recipes. The taste of tangerines, grapefruits or caramel is always given only by selected types of hops and malts, oatmeal, never artificial additives. This is the true taste and quality of our beers. Our craft beer contains many vitamins, minerals, brewer's yeast, regulates the acidic environment of the body and has many other health benefits. The demand for unfiltered and unpasteurized beers is rising, mainly because of their honest taste and wide offer from bottom-fermented lagers to increasingly sought-after specials and top-fermented beers. Purchased beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized and must be kept refrigerated. After receiving the beer, keep it in the refrigerator, a short transfer during distribution does not affect the quality, but prolonged standing in the heat is not suitable. Consume the beer within 25 days of receipt.
Welcome summer with Johann 🙂 Johan NEIPA 13 (New England India Pale Ale) is an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer from the category of light specialty beers. Balanced body, medium bitterness, aroma of hops and delicate turbid color after using oatmeal when brewing beer give this beer an irresistible taste of grapefruit and a pleasant aroma of citrus.
