Pro vaření našich piv používáme převážně suroviny od českých dodavatelů – slad z Kounic nebo Nymburka, vodu z vlastní studny, chmel ze Žatecké oblasti. Pro svrchně vařená piva dovážíme chmel z USA.

How we cook

In a two-pot brewery consisting of a mash-ladle pan and a strainer vat. The chosen configuration allows you to brew beer in a decorative way, for two meats. Fermentation takes place in open vats. If the young beer in the vat reaches the required degree of fermentation, it is necessary to pump it into the lager tank. The young beer in the lager tank matures, depending on the type of beer, from three to seven weeks. Then the beer is bottled in KEG kegs.

Place of origin

Czech malt and Czech hops are a matter of course. We also use Munich malt or hops from the USA for special or top-fermented beers.

Mark

The brewery is not only about brewing beer, but also about sharing its taste with people from near and far. In order for people to meet at the table, they tasted beer and discussed everything possible. Our goal is to be different from a regular brewery. We want to build a place where people will enjoy coming to a good beer and food from our grill. We want to create a community center where local associations and organizations will also meet.
